Delete Account

1. Open the app → Profile.
2. Under “Signed in as …” tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm with “Delete permanently”.

Your account and the associated profile are removed immediately and permanently.

If you no longer have access to the app, send an informal request from your registered email address to dp@dmphgmbh.com with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days, and confirm the deletion.

Deleted are your sign-in account (email address) and your profile (display name and consents given). The account is removed completely and irretrievably.

Your training and game data are stored locally on your device anyway. You delete them independently of the account via “Manage data” in the app or by removing the app data in your device settings.

After deletion we retain no personal account data, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
